Hi, I’m Julie—lifelong animal lover, passionate rescuer, and the heart behind LoneStar K9 Boarding. My love for animals began in childhood and has grown into a full-time calling
For over 15 years, I raised and cared for high-quality English Bulldogs with a strong focus on health, temperament, and ethical practices. But my heart has always had a soft spot for the underdogs—especially homeless mama dogs and their puppies in need. I’ve spent years fostering countless dogs, offering them safety, love, and a fresh start through rescue.
LoneStar K9 Boarding is more than just a business—it’s an extension of my heart, my home and the land where I care for a variety of beloved animals. Currently, I share my life with 5 horses, 1 mule, 1 mini horse, 3 donkeys, a pot belly pig and over 40 goats—most of whom were found abandoned ,dumped or just in need of a soft place to land.
Our farm is a safe haven for all animals , and your dog will be treated with the same love and attention I give to each of my own.
Whether you’re boarding your pup overnight or just dropping them off for some daytime fun, you can trust they’re in caring, capable hands with someone who’s spent her life making animals feel safe, seen, and loved.

At LoneStar K9 our mission is to make tails wag and hearts happy! We’re here to give your dog a safe, joyful, and tail-thumpin’ good time—whether they’re staying overnight or just joining the pack for a fun-filled day At Camp.
Our cozy, home-style facility offers spacious kennels, supervised play yards, and plenty of love and belly rubs. From fetch sessions to nap breaks, every pup gets personalized attention and playtime tailored to their needs. We even welcome rescue dogs needing a soft place to land.
Because here, every dog is more than just a guest—they’re part of our family.
