1. What do I need to bring when dropping off my dog?
Please bring your dog’s food (pre-portioned if possible), any medications, and their favorite blanket or toy for comfort. We provide cozy bedding and food & water bowls.
2. What vaccines are required?
All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough). Proof of vaccination is required before check-in.
3. Do you accept unspayed or unneutered dogs?
Yes, we do accept unaltered dogs; on a case by case basis, however, they may have limited group play depending on behavior and safety considerations.
4. Will my dog be around other dogs?
Daycare dogs enjoy supervised group play. For boarding pups, playtime with others is available based on temperament and owner preference. Safety always comes first.
5. Can I tour the facility before booking?
Absolutely! We encourage tours. Just contact us to schedule a time—we’d love to show you where your pup will stay and play.
6. What happens if my dog gets sick or injured?
We will contact you immediately and, if needed, take your pet to our trusted local veterinary partner. Your dog’s well-being is our top priority.
7. Do you offer any discounts for multiple dogs?
Yes! We offer special pricing for families with more than one dog. Ask us about our multi-dog packages during booking.
8. What are your drop-off and pick-up hours?
Drop-off and pick-up hours are typically 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, but we can offer flexibility with advanced notice. Let us know your needs
9. Can I check in on my dog while I'm away?
Yes! We offer daily text updates or photos upon request so you can see how your pup is enjoying their stay at LoneStar K9.
